Payment deadline & delivery
Orders may be cancelled if payment has not been received after eight days. Please contact us in advance if you cannot transfer within seven days.
Check the shipping method and charge at checkout. Our standard delivery service is within Japan, including orders placed through the English site. For delivery outside Japan, please enquire before ordering.
For urgent orders, contact us after transferring and include your transfer receipt. Dispatch remains subject to payment confirmation. Please retain your transfer receipt until the materials arrive.
When your order arrives
If any item is incorrect or missing, contact us within three days of delivery. Returns or exchanges for items ordered in error are not accepted.
Your bank transfer receipt serves as proof of payment.
